Don't let the name of this recipe fool you. It is a lot better than you would think. It was served at work and I had it for lunch both yesterday and today. You really hardly taste the pumpkin - or at least what we think pumpkin tastes like with sugar and cinnamon and other spices. It basically tastes like chili but not as 'tomatoey'.
